In preparation for our first Living Art Greensboro event and Atlanta’s Living Art America competition, Living Art America and Arts Greensboro are pleased to announce that we will be hosting multi-city viewing parties for Skin Wars, a new reality television series, the first ever TV bodypainting competition, produced by Michael Levitt Productions for the GSN Network. We are officially sanctioned to host viewing parties for all eight hour-long episodes of the series. Simulcast screenings will begin on the night of the season premiere on Wednesday, August 6, and continue every Wednesday night for eight weeks. Doors will open at 8pm. At 8:30pm, an introduction and a short presentation will precede the 9pm screening. The show is hosted by Rebecca Romijn, with RuPaul, Craig Tracy, and Robin Slonina serving as judges. The contestants will test their creativity, talent, and techniques as they participate in a series of challenges that promise amazing reveals. Over the course of the series, 10 contestants will be reduced down to three finalists who will compete in the finale.Carolina Theatre showing Skin WarsView “Skin Wars” promotional videos
